Ballotly does not charge monthly subscription fees. We license elections individually based on voter registration limits. Free elections are limited to 30 eligible voters. Paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, Enterprise) must be settled in full prior to election publishing.
Organizers are solely responsible for verifying the eligibility and consent of their voters. Ballotly may suspend accounts or delete elections determined to engage in voter harassment, identity fraud, or malicious manipulation.
All checkout payment transactions are completed securely via Flutterwave. Plan activation is performed server-side upon payment validation. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to the opening of voting lines.
